Dustin Leray Ranson

Dustin LeRay Ranson, 6, died May 5, 2016 at his home as a result of Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma (DIPG). He was born January 13, 2010 to JaRena C. Pleasant-Ranson and Tweearand (Twan) Hill.

Dustin attended Sikeston Kindergarten. He loved the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Paw Patrol, Blaze, the Monster Machines, soccer and basketball.

He is survived by three brothers, Terrance Smith, LeChristopher Baker, and Percy Baker III, three sisters, Destani Ranson, Jameshia Durden, and Samone Bonner, maternal grandparents, Dinah Pleasant and Robert L. Ranson, Jr., aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives, and many friends.

Friends may call Saturday, May 14, 2016 from 1:00 PM until the funeral hour of 2:00 PM at First United Methodist Church in Sikeston with Bishop Calvin Bird officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset of Memories Cemetery in Sikeston.
