Germane Ulmer, Sr.

Germane Ulmer, Sr., 43, resident of Charleston, Missouri died Sunday, November 25, 2018 in Evansville, Indiana.  He was born June 6, 1975 in Charleston, Missouri to John Hightower of Charleston, Missouri and Josephine Ulmer Hightower of Charleston, Missouri.

He was a graduate of Charleston High School,  class of 1993.

Germane was full of fun and will certainly be missed  by all who knew him.

In addition to his parents,  he is survived by his wife, Kathy Sargent Ulmer of Herrin, Illinois, his son, Germane Ulmer, Jr. of Herrin, Illinois, six brothers,  Richard Ulmer, Marcus Ulmer, and his twin, John Ulmer of Springfield, Illinois,  Charles Ulmer of Decatur, Illinois Keith Hightower of Charleston, Missouri, and Adrian Harris of St. Louis, Missouri,  three sisters, Tomeko (Marcus) Emanuel and Sheena Hightower of Charleston, Missouri, and Beyonc'e Hightower of Sikeston, Missouri, and a host of uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Friends may call Saturday, December 8, 2018 from 11:00am until the funeral hour of 12:00 noon at the Williams Funeral Chapel in Charleston, Missouri with Reverend Arthur Cassell officiating.
