Esther Jean Winston was born April 5, 1950 in Scooba, Mississippi to the late Clarence and Jenner Wills Winston of Haywood City, Missouri, where she loved most of her life before moving to Sikeston, Missouri. Esther died Sunday, December 28, 2025, peacefully at her home. She was 75 years old.
She leaves behind her daughter, Falisha(Thomas Miller) Winston, two grandsons, Tayden and Tevan Miller, her siblings, and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
A memorial service will begin at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday, January 10, 2026 at New Morning Star Baptist Church in Haywood City, Missouri. Interment will follow services in Haywood City Cemetery.
