Josephine Ulmer Hightower, 70, resident of Charleston, Missouri died in her home on Monday, July 25, 2022.
Friends may call Saturday, August 6, 2022 from 12:00 noon until the funeral hour of 1:00 P.M. at Mercy Seat Missionary Baptist Church with Pastor Arthur Cassell officiating. Interment will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery with the Williams Funeral Homes of Charleston in charge of arrangements.
