Pearlie Mae Beasley, 68, died at 1:20 p.m. Aug. 24, 2008, at her home in Sikeston, MO.

Born Feb. 10, 1940, in Lilbourn, to the late Albert and Druller Wallace Patterson Sr., she was a 1958 graduate of Gray Ridge School and a member of West End Missionary Baptist Church where she was a member of the choir.

On March 16, 1956, she married Edwin Beasley who survives of the home.

Other survivors include: two sons and a daughter-in-law, Edwin Clement "Bull" Beasley Jr. and Stanley and Monique Beasley; five daughters, Deborah Beasley, Barbara Beasley, Diane Beasley, Linda Beasley and Patricia Beasley; seven brothers, Albert Patterson Jr., Raymond Patterson, Issaac Patterson, Ricky Patterson, Lee Tate, Sylvester Tate and Benny Patterson; 12 sisters, Geraldine Slaughter, Louise Shannon, Lois Davis, Barbara Jean Taylor, Vicky Patterson, Rochelle Lowery, Yamekia Feaster, Barbara Brown, Krinski Golden, Jessie Walker, Deborah Speed and Glodine Brown; and 18 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.

A visitation was held until time of services at the Cornerstone Baptist Church in Sikeston with Elroy Brown officiating.

Burial followed in the Garden of Memories Cemetery in Sikeston.
