Small, Sr. and Eletha Morris Small of Lilbourn, Missouri. Friends may call Saturday, November 13, 2021 from 11:00 A.M. until the funeral hour of 1:00 P.M. at Pilgrim Rest Missionary Baptist Church in Lilbourn, Missouri with Pastor Darryl Minner officiating. Interment will be held on Monday, November 15, 2021 at 1:00 P.M. in Mound City National Cemetery in Mound City, Illinois with full military honors.
